This post will give a small overview on the kind of expectations the recruiters have for the MBA grads....

Mostly the ppl who completed their MBA land in jobs through the companies that have a relation with college placement office. These companies would like to go for b-schools which have constantly producing grads of high qualifications. So when we look for the schools, we should also look at if the career services office will be able to land us in the companies of our interest. Look at the companies list. If none of those companies interest u, here is the ring for u to look for some other school. Always it is better to look for the post MBA landing to be some companies which belong to your interest and u shld be confident enought to fit in the right spot.
